Its mission statement includes, "We aim to be the leader by providing the best reservations technology and distribution network while relentlessly pursuing perfection." This Michael Ball keeps a low profile on the Web site, which features many other executives, but him only in passing mentions. SRS' headquarters is in Frankfort, Germany.
